These documents inform aboutany potential hazards of an e-liquid and we provide them for all our 0mg and 50ml Shortfills. They are produced under a European regulation known as REACH (‘Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals’)which came into effect on 01 June 2007. It was created to improve the protection of human health and the environment.
TPD (‘Tobacco Products Directive’) Certificates
The Tobacco Products Directive is anotherEuropean initiative covering the sale and merchandising of tobacco and tobacco-related products.It came into force on 19 May 2014 and aims to ensure a high level of health protection for citizens. It covers the testing of ingredients, marketing practices and the display of product warnings. At Medusa we provide certificates for all strengths of our e-liquids.
